HideAway Lifetime Warranty

We guarantee HideAway Hunting Gear against defective workmanship and material for the life of the product. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item proven defective by the original owner (item not warrented if resold or traded).

The following scenarios do not constitute defective merchandise so are not covered by our warranty:

• Normal wear and tear, including characteristic wear patterns and fading of fabrics.
• Mistreatment from abuse, alteration or improper cleaning (see Care & Handling instructions.)
• Personal items damaged during transport in our gear are not covered by warranty.
• We are not responsible for items that have been sent back prior to assigning a return authorization number.
• We are not liable for any item lost or damaged during shipment to our location. Keep a tracking number from the carrier to assure delivery.
• We do not assume any shipping expenses for items returned to our location. We assume all costs to ship your repaired or replaced item from our location.

Instructions for returning defective merchandise:

Email us here and specify "Warranty/Repairs" from the Subject dropdown menu. We will reply with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your merchandise.
